Terms and Conditions
Following a survey of your garden, we will provide a fixed quote, which will be valid for 30 days. After this time, My Easy Garden has the right to amend this quote.
We back up our work with our money back guarantee – if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, let us know within seven days in writing and we will offer you a full refund, minus any incurred costs such as materials e.g. turf or treatments you have ordered.
In return, we require you to agree to the following:
- You ensure adequate access and parking so we can deliver our services
- Keep to pre-agreed appointments – missed appointments may incur a fee
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your garden is safe and to point out in writing any known hazards such as underground and overhead services, buried or obscured cables, drains, pods, ditches or water courses. Should any of these be discovered, My Easy Garden reserves the right to re-price the work. My Easy Garden accepts no responsibility for any damage caused during the course of the work if this is not highlighted in advance
- You will keep the grassed areas free of dog mess, moles or other items that may cause damage to/harm machinery or operatives
- If unforeseen events outside of our reasonable control or bad weather causes delay or prevents the service from being carried out, we will strive to schedule this at the earliest opportunity
- Payment is required within 7 days of us completing the work or as agreed with your My Easy Garden operative. Late payment may incur a £20 admin fee plus interest
- Our Every Garden, Garden Plus and Executive maintenance packages are ongoing contracts. These can be cancelled by providing seven days’ notice in writing
- The cost of our Every Garden, Garden Plus and Executive maintenance packages will depend on the size of your garden and your needs. Quoted prices will include a maximum of two green waste bags each month – there may be an additional cost for disposing of more green waste or garden clearance projects
- My Easy Garden accepts no responsibility for loss or damage caused to your property due to you leaving the property unsecured to allow us to carry out the work in your absence
